Oomboi Lauw, owner of the label Liquorish Records, is no stranger
to the Amsterdam scene. This tastemaker has been around since 2008
always pushing the music forward. His ecletic approach is recognizable
in all his DJ sets. Everything bass oriented & edgy with heavy
beats, topped with a level of deepness, is what you can expect from his
second appearance on the SOTU festival.
3 years ago he started
the label Liquorish Records where he could release music that expresses
all the above, without being limited or boxed to a genre. From Hip hop
to jungle, from Footwork to Grime, every new and exciting music styles
that fits the requirement will be mold into a new form.
