MORIHIDE SAWADA (jp)

Japanese drummer Moridide Sawada (Tokyo) comes to OCCII with just a snare drum and some sticks and mallets. His solo improvisations are intens. Morihide concentrates all his senses on simple snare drum sounds. It is like zen yoga for the ears.

Besides playing the avant garde festival in Schiphorst Germany we are very happy to have him play a solo concert at OCCII.sawada
