Prepare yourself for the best drawing competition on the planet: Sketch Battle XI presented by comic artists, Maia Matches & Pepijn Schermer. A very special edition live in the world's oldest comic book store Lambiek, be sure to bring an extra 6-pack just in case!
Here's how it works: each battle lasts 2 minutes, enough time to sweat out the best drawing and impress the audience! The audience will then vote for the best drawing out of two and the battle continues until we reach a winner!
The audience decides the topics that the participants must draw, as they shout suggestions for each round in the battle! Drawing topics in the past have been "guilty pleasures", "don't forget your mother" & "anti-climax"!
We supply each contestant with a fat marker and a plastic sheet, but it is up to them to withstand the glare of the overhead projector! The winner will not only receive a great feeling of gratification but will also be rewarded with a prize!
