Circles. Back and forth. Standing still. Simple movement of the hand. Endless rhythms on undefined places. Light tension can sometimes be felt. Stops, starts again. Minimal occurrences extricated in film shows a delayed reality. Horses appear in the night. A garden hose is ticking on a warm field. A woman descends the staircase.
The video installations of Jasmijn Krol shows a world that moves within a frame, a setting in which movement happens and occurrences are coincidental.
Jasmijn will present a new video-installation on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 April in OT301.
