Innercity is the brainchild of Antwerp-based junk-philosopher Hans Dens. Since early 2013 he joined in force and spirit with Bart De Paepe (Sloow Tapes) and David Colohan (United Bible Studies - Raising Holy Sparks), performing regularly as a trio.
Semi-simulating progrock extravaganza, the trio blends a violent share of "standard" electronics, deep dense slabs of otherworldly psychedelic minimalist drift and occult dada. Locked in loops, eyes shut, spiralling.
Innercity released music on labels such as NNA Tapes, Sloow Tapes, Ikuisuus, Sic Sic Tapes, Aguirre Records and many others.
An LP of live-recordings of last year's UK-EU tour is soon to be released by Great Pop Supplement's offspring DEEP DISTANCE.
